Return Policy

Items purchased through our online store have a 14 day return policy provided that the items are returned in original condition. Returns for online orders can be arranged by emailing us at info@oldhavanacouture.com. There is no restocking fee for accepted returns, and you will be credited for the full amount, less shipping, of the items purchased, provided that the items are returned in the original condition. You are responsible for shipping the product back to Old Havana Couture. Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
